Protecting the Voice of America’s
Free and Faithful
Our goal is to educate, activate, and organize conservatives, faith leaders, and community advocates about proposed federal legislation.
The Freedom and Faith Defense Project is standing up against dangerous legislation in Congress that threatens non-profits, churches, and the very communities they serve.
These policies claim to protect national security and election integrity—but in truth they give leaders in Washington the power to silence dissent, punish lawful organizations, and undermine your First Amendment rights. Together, we can stop them.
About the Freedom and Faith Defense Project
The Freedom and Faith Defense Project is a grassroots advocacy campaign committed to protecting the rights of non-profits, churches, and community organizations across America. As new legislative language threatens to strip tax exempt status, silence faith-based voices, and criminalize dissent, we’re building a movement to fight back. Our mission is to defend freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and the right of everyday Americans to organize and be heard—no matter who is in power.

What We’re Fighting For
Congress is considering legislative language, which if passed, would give the federal government sweeping power to control who can speak, donate, organize, and worship freely.
These proposals would:
- Create unchecked power to label advocacy groups as “terrorist supporters”
- Strip churches and non-profits of their tax status without evidence or due process
- Punish lawful donations from US residents to the charities, churches, or causes of their choice
- Force faith-based organizations to violate their beliefs or shut down
- Intimidate grassroots groups, like pro-life and gun-rights movements, into silence
The legislation includes:
- Stop Terror-Financing & Tax Penalties on American Hostages Act (H.R. 6408/H.R. 9495)
- ACE Act (H.R. 4563)
- Stop Foreign Funds in Elections Act (H.R. 3229)
- No Foreign Election Interference Act (H.R. 8314)
- Recently introduced reconciliation language in the House

Our goal is to educate, activate, and organize conservatives, faith leaders, and community advocates to stop this proposed legislation from becoming law.
